Client Referrals​

Our service can be engaged by doctors, nurses, social workers or family members.​

PLEASE NOTE:

• With the exception of mild Dementia we do not accept individuals with a diagnosed mental illness, because our Support Companions are not trained for their care.

• Our service is available to those living in their own home - we cannot provide support to people in residential care or nursing homes.

• Regular support visits are between 2-4 hrs once per week depending on need. Multiple visits per week can be arranged in some cases.
