About the Event
The Course will be held 22 & 23 Feb 2020 from 9:00 AM TO 5:00 PM
Emotional intelligence refers to the ability to identify and manage one’s own emotions.
This interactive course will introduce the Buddhist approach to Emotional Intelligence by offering tools such as meditation, empathy and self awareness. By applying these techniques one will be able to cultivate a calm mind and control one’s own emotions, particularly the disturbing ones, in a more effective and skilful way.
As a result, Emotional Intelligence can bring inner happiness and be the key for the success of personal, professional and interpersonal relationships.

Ven Khadro is an old friend of a lot of Amitabha people. And so many people have found her retreats and courses truly wonderful that we would like to make this available to as many people as possible, therefore we'd like to offer this by Dana (donation). Amitabha Hospice will be offering a donation to Ven Khadro for offering this course for all of us. We hope you can be as generous as possible, but we completely understand the financial difficulties people most people face. And we can't afford to lose money either therefore please keep the facility fee and the donation we intend to make Ven Khadro in mind when you make the donation to us.
The catering for two days is $30 per person.
