About the event
We seem to live in a busy and speedy world where there is so much to do and so much that comes our way. We just seem too busy to even be.
During this talk we will discuss and experience how beneficial it is to know how to calm the mind. The session will include a short guided breathing and motivational meditation, that if applied daily can be very beneficial to relax the mind, become less reactive, less stressed, more focused and effective. Training the mind through meditation is training in awareness, and training in awareness offers the potential to fundamentally transform your perspective on life.
