About the event

Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the principle that all the systems of the body are mapped out in reflex points on the feet, hands and ears. By attending to this talk you will get more insight as to what is Reflexology and how this method allows the body to tap in to its own healing abilities, opening up the natural pathways that the body uses to nourish and heal itself, and restore balance where there is imbalance. If you want to forge change in your health and wellbeing come join us and you will also have 3 powerful tips to take home.
